fix: remove parser and fix docs syntax

- Fix OpenAPI documentation syntax error (extra indent before vidsrc)
- Remove server-side parser (chromedp) - not suitable for Vercel
- Client-side scraping not possible due to Same-Origin Policy
- Keep simple iframe players as current solution
